We at ISO break down our services into different sections, which can be cherry picked by our clients dependent on their wishes. We are however one of the few companies who offer a complete turnkey solution whereby we supply everything needed from beginning to end, from initial selection of suitable systems to complete installation. A one-stop shop, without different suppliers of services blaming each other for the failure of the system!

• Consultancy

  For Individuals

  Our experience has shown us that whilst many people want to find more environmentally friendly systems for their houses, in reality it is often difficult to know where to begin other than being forced in to taking the word of salesmen who are simply trying to sell you their product. At ISO Energy we offer an on-site personalised service for those who do not want to see a salesman or whose situation is more complicated than a well insulated modern home.

  At ISO Energy we can provide a full consultation service where an engineer will visit you to explain the varying options available; insulation, heat pumps, solar or wind energy systems. We will aim to explore the pros and cons of each and come up with the best option for your individual circumstances. Most importantly, we will compare the costs of installing any system with your current expenditure to make sure that your decision benefits you economically as well as environmentally.

  This is an objective service and there will be no ‘hard sell’ involved. Our ethos is that sustainable energy systems are only a viable alternative to more conventional systems if they can also be cost justified, therefore we will not recommend a system if we don’t believe it will benefit you in the long term. For this reason, we do charge a fee for the consultation as an assurance that the service will provide you with honest, transparent advice on all your options.

  After the meeting we will send you a full report outlining our recommendations and if you then wish to proceed, we will help you with every stage of the process.

• Plumbing, groundwork and Electrical work
  We pride ourselves in supplying a complete turnkey solution to our clients. One of the things that we believe sets us apart from other companies is that we do not simply make a sale then leave you to arrange the installation. At ISO we undertake as much or as little as you wish us to. In most cases this means that we carry out all the work from design to full commissioning and making good before we leave. We then offer a full 1 year warranty on all our work, with an optional 10 year - maintenance contract for complete peace of mind.
