ISO were good and professional with a very good standard of on site installation.
isoenergy's reputation is built upon word-of-mouth recommendation from satisfied customers and has achieved this prestigious reputation through our honest and clear approach when working with our clients.
Here is a selection of testimonials from our satisfied customers.
I had my first bath in the cottage this morning - beautifully hot as you confidently predicted. The advice and care we have received from all the iso team has been wonderful and I'm sure the excellent service will continue. Thank you all so much.
Whilst it's still fresh in my mind I thought I should drop you both a note to thank you and your teams for the professional service we have received. Both Jamie and I have commented on how thorough, reliable, polite and knowledgeable your staff have been. Congratulations to you guys for putting such good teams together and please pass on our thanks to them.
Nice and cosy at the barn, this ground source has been one of the best things I ever had installed.
I would like to congratulate you on the way your team has performed here at my house. I have been extremely impressed and believe they are very professional. I have already recommended you to one Estate Agent who covers a number of properties in this general area.
Please tell your service engineer that we were very pleased with the way he went about looking for the problem and hopefully solving it. He showed good initiative and did much better than our plumber or the underfloor heating person!
We live in a listed, 4-bedroom, thatched, timber framed house, in a conservation area. We have no gas in the village and oil has become very expensive. We are keen to make use of renewable energy rather than remain dependent upon fossil fuels.
My wife and I first met Justin Broadbent, chairman and founder of isoenergy, at the 2013 Listed Building Show, where he made a very effective presentation. We were struck by his honest, ‘no-nonsense’ appraisal of the cost effectiveness of renewable energy sources currently available.
Having spent 2 years believing that an Air Source Heat Pump was the only viable alternative to our oil fired heating, we were a bit shocked to hear that it would probably be unworkable during cold winters, especially in an inadequately insulated house. Justin recommended a Ground Source Heat Pump system. Incidentally, our Local Authority required Planning Permission and Listed Building consent for an ASHP (our application was not accepted), but neither for a GSHP. Our Garden is relatively small and well established; there is insufficient land available for a successful horizontal ground-source collector array and therefore a borehole system would be needed
We began to understand that isoenergy is not another heating engineer trying to expand its portfolio or an equipment manufacturer eager to increase its sales. You can’t just ‘plug the Heat Pump into the existing heating system and turn it on’. isoenergy are independent, renewable energy consultants; they have no vested interest. During the year we were able to appreciate that isoenergy has a comprehensive expert resource ready to meet its different client needs. Through their customised, engineering solutions they are committed to making renewable energy work. They have extensive experience of retro-fitting renewable energy systems into old properties with existing radiators, as well as into new build houses. Their website is a useful source of information in this respect.
isoenergy demonstrated to us that they are truly customer focussed, intent on doing the best they could for us. We never felt pressured into doing anything we weren’t completely happy with. They were always open to feedback. We felt totally confident about their technical ability. They were prepared and able to offer alternatives that would better suit our needs. They were keen to show us equipment and installations. All of their contacts we met referred to Justin and isoenergy most favourably. isoenergy provided support with e.g. Green Deal Assessment, local authority negotiation (indicative drawings), RHI funding potential and introduced us to a novel drilling technology. Their proposal was honest, open and detailed; we particularly liked the programme managed approach: engineering design, with revision opportunities, based on the heat load, thoroughly tested, assuring a successful ‘turn-key’ outcome.
Although we have not yet been able to obtain the solution we hoped for, we would like to recommend isoenergy to anyone contemplating the potential use of Renewable energy.
Thank you, can we join the list of very satisfied and happy customers please?
