Sansaw Eco Business Park

Sansaw Eco Business Park is a new development on the Shropshire estate designed to high energy efficiency standards. The heat pumps installed by isoenergy contributed to a level A rating in the building's Energy Performance Certificate; the developoment also has passive ventilation and rain water harvesting. The project was also sponsored by the West Midlands council and the European Union ecological development fund. “It is important that we are seen to set an example in trying to ensure we are minimising our own environmental impact.
