This Manor House is a Grade I listed property located in Northamptonshire. The house is set in a 1700 acre estate with the lakes fed by the River Cherwell. Whilst routing the flow and return pipework, a long forgotten escape tunnel for priests was rediscovered and used to hide the pipes without disrupting the lawn.

The Manor House has a series of lakes in the grounds which offered the ideal source for collecting heat for the heat pump system.

isoenergy installed two 45 kW heat pumps to provide heating and preheat the hot water as well as one 18 kW high temperature heat pump to provide extra hot water when needed. The heat is collected from a nearby lake through 2,700 metres of submerged pipe.

In addition to the heat pump., isoenergy installed a 9kW micro-hydro waterwheel to generate electricity for the estate.
