Llandraw Farm in Herefordshire is a recently renovated home made up of three buildings. The owners wanted to avoid burning fossil fuels to heat the buildings by installing a ground source heat pump system.
Isoenergy installed a 34kW CTC ground source heat pump system with energy collected from an array of seven boreholes in the grounds. The remote plantroom is connected to the buildings with pre-insulated pipe to distribute heating and hot water.
