The owners of this estate in Hampshire were refurbishing a range of properties to cut the running costs and the estate’s carbon footprint. The two houses that isoenergy was approached to improve were both heated with ageing oil boilers which needed replacing.
As each property has limited space available to install a ground source heat pump, 14kW air source heat pumps were installed along with new hot water tanks.
