We have continued to provide breakdown cover and essential repairs since the 1st April and we have now taken the decision to resume annual service work from 26th May under maintenance agreements, for as long as it is safe to do so.
We ask you to note the following:
- · We will prioritise vulnerable clients.
- · We may not be able to visit as quickly as we would like, but as always you are our priority and we will endeavour to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- · We may not be able to source parts to repair systems.
- · For properties that are self-isolating or have individuals who are ‘being shielded’ we will attend where access to the plant room and welfare facilities are available remotely. Where this is not the case we may only attend if the engineer is willing to do so and you are able to abide by 'social distancing rules'.
- · If we are not able to attend we will provide telephone support, talking you step by step through alternative ways we might help.
- · Our engineers have limited amounts of PPE to manage medical risks
- · Our engineers must comply with the government rules on ‘social distancing’.
- · Our engineers have the right to refuse to enter your premises, repair or service your heat pump if they feel there is a risk to their health.
We would like to thank our staff for their dedication during these difficult times and ask you, our clients, to remember that they are working to try and provide an emergency service for you that will inevitably be limited.
We hope that you, your family and friends remain healthy through these challenging times.
