CTC heat pumps mainly use the same type of controller although they are always configured specifically for your heat pump installation. These configurations are normally set during system commissioning. However, there are some parameters and controls which you can configure yourself should you need to tweak the system, perhaps to increase the amount of hot water if more people are staying in the house, or because you need to set up night time reduction, or to clear an alarm. To easily explain these controls we have created a series of short video clips that demonstrate how the changes are made.
