Westington Hill Farm is an award-winning barn conversion in the Cotswolds. The client had previously bought a heat pump system from another installer which had stopped working.
The owners called upon isoenergy to diagnose what was wrong with the system and close inspection showed the ground array to be undersized which had a knock-on effect of freezing the heat pump.
Unfortunately there was nothing about the existing installation we were able to salvage and the client needed a completely new system. Isoenergy installed a 22kW ground source heat pump to provide heating and hot water.
