The Government Feed-in Tariffs (FiTs) have facilitated the installation of 600,000 solar PV systems in the UK since 2010. However, the scheme will close to new entrants at the end of March 2019. This includes both the FiT generation payments and the export tariff.

isoenergy has now started on site at the National Trust’s Wimpole Hall for the installation of a 180kW ground source heat pump system to replace its oil boilers in Wimpole Hall itself and also the Old Rectory Restaurant.

isoenergy has recently installed a three-phase domestic battery storage system consisting of three Tesla Powerwall batteries. This system allows the property to store excess electricity generated by the solar PV for use when the sun goes in or in the evening.
