The new support section on the website contains brand-specific videos on controlling features on heat pumps as well as some general maintenance videos such as how to clean a system’s filters. The aim is to provide additional support on system controls to enable clients to keep their systems running efficiently. We have currently released heat pump sections with videos on controlling CTC heat pumps. A section on how to control Ecoforest heat pumps is on its way soon.
Alongside these short videos we will be releasing full user manuals for those interested in the detail of heat pump controls.
