New build home in the Surrey Hills

The owners of this newly built family home in Surrey were keen not to use fossil fuel to heat their planned property so asked isoenergy to design a renewable energy system to suit the house. Having a sustainable energy source for the heating helped obtain planning permission, which is rare in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty such as the Surrey Hills.

Because of restrictions on the amount of land available, isoenergy recommended, designed and installed a 30kW CTC air source heat pump system to provide heating, hot water and pool water heating.
