With particular skills in the treatment of period and listed buildings, isoenergy grew steadily as the combination of reduced heating costs and lower CO2 emissions that result from ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps and biomass systems became better understood by a steadily growing group of owners of country houses.
Isoenergy has grown a reputation with its clients that means that nearly 90% of the enquiries received at their Surrey offices are as a direct result of customer recommendation. This is no accident. isoenergy has always had a policy of matching the right technology and the right product to optimise the performance of installed systems. All technical work is carried out by isoenergy’s qualified engineers and managed by a dedicated project manager.
The range of homes that have benefitted from the award winning isoenergy approach includes everything from new build, ultramodern Huff Houses and individually designed architectural wonders through to cosy cottages and some of the very oldest country mansions.
The introduction of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) in the spring of 2014 then provided customers with a Government incentive that almost invariably covered the installation cost of the system. This coupled with the greater efficiency and lower running costs of such systems made the option of an installation very compelling.
The result is that isoenergy has installed over 800 installations ranging in size from modest rural cottages to large country estates. Typically a renewable installation can reduce CO2 by over 40%. With a typical saving of over 10 tonnes per annum this means that isoenergy customers are reducing the CO2 footprint from these sites by some 8,000 tonnes per year. It all helps!
