The house is used as a private residence and the owners were keen to reduce energy costs by installing a renewable heating solution.
isoenergy installed a 44 kW ground source heat pump system to provide all the heating and 800 litres of hot water to the property. Heat is collected from the hearby lake using 1,800 metres of pipe.
An 18 kW solar thermal system was installed on the roof of the property to preheat hot water.
